If you search the transcript for "paul" no results for Ron Paul come up. If you search the transcript for "immoral" the only result that comes up is Ron Paul of course, but as an unidentified speaker. If you click on that transcript link the audio is missing from Ron Paul's speech.
This is not the first time I have noticed this happening with Ron Paul and C-SPAN video. There have been other videos, but one that really stands out was during Ron Paul's speech given at the Rally for the Republic, a very critical part of Ron Paul's speech was entirely missing. It dealt with the New World Order, specifically international government.

Want to support the troops? Bring them home. Calling it what it is, a war for the UNOCAL pipeline. How convinient that a troop surge is planned just months prior to when the pipeline is planned to go into the ground. The U.S. is paying with it's dearest blood so a few international elites invested in this oil venture can get richer. This war has nothing to do with chasing terrorists or liberating the oppressed in Afghanistan.
I listened to the debate throughout the day and those in Congress that served in Afghanistan and Iraq support the war. As a sitting member of Congress, do they not yet know why the U.S. is there? When they were soldiers serving in the military, I could understand them believing the lie that had been fed to them with the brainwashing that takes place. However, how can they not know the truth by now? I think those who served in Iraq and Afghanistan, above all, should be the first to urge the troops to be brought home if they know that the war is based on a lie. How can we know the truth behind the occupation in Afghanistan, yet Congress acts like they do not? Congress has privy to more information than we do concerning the war. How many congress people are going to benefit financially once this UNOCAL pipleline project is complete? It makes me sick to think that these people are willing to allow U.S. soldiers to be killed to make some bucks. Sick and wrong.
Thank you Dr. Paul and Congressman Kucinich for standing up for the lives of troops and for the Constitution. Let the protests escalate to new heights...show the corrupt, war monger Republicans and Democrats no quarter.

Without saying, seems you found the answer. Many/most of our bees in the USA died horrible deaths trying to pollinate flowers. You might know of a successful push to install "smoke stack exhaust scrubbers" on all our USA coal power plants. Well, what about the thousands of tons of coal exhaust piling up around all our coal burning electric power generating plants? Well, seems that toxic waster would be frightfully expensive to dump. So, it was sold to farmers as "a new kind of inexpensive fertilizer." Then we noticed the bees dieing. Oh dear! Could it be the "new kind of inexpensive fertilizer?" Hum. Seems we have allowed toxic waste to be dumped on our farms. We are eating the high octane production results.
Is it similar to the toxic fluoride story? Fluoride is a toxic waste from metal production (eg: Aluminum, Uranium; toxicity near Lead and Arsenic). So the fluoride toxic waste was too expensive to dump. It was sold to the water companies and toothpaste makers. You want to prevent cavities? whiten teeth? make teeth stronger? Well, fluoride kills bacteria (because it is toxic poison), makes teeth yellow, and brittle (not to be confused with anything good).
Good healthy food prepared simply wonderful ways.
