Come meet RP in person Sunday 2/10/08 at home in the Lake Jackson Civic Center, Hwy 332, Lake Jackson, Texas from 1:30PM-4:00PM. Lake Jackson is about 50 miles south of Houston down Highway 288.

Lake Jackson rally
I went-400 miles round trip and well worth it. A small plane towing a large RON PAUL2008 banner circled the rally site. I wonder how many there saw the chem trails while watching the plane and banner. Anyway, it was a pleasure to be among so many that believe in peace. prosparity, freedom and the constitution. Now for Scott from Ft Worth.
WAR
You read of war and endless strife
fleeting love and shortened life
Our youth, the cannon fodder lay wasted
The joys of life remain untasted
Conscripted, trained and then deployed
to a foreign land and there destroyed
It seems so senseless they should go
to fight a people they don't know
why is any American son
so far from home and totin' a gun?
Who are these very wealthy folks
that create these wars as obscene jokes
to further the power they think they need
and satisfy their lust and greed?
While we the people, the herded sheep
still remain fast asleep.
We need "change", there's a solution

I went to Lake Jackson today
Finally met The Man in person it was great,the whole day there was great,even got to see all of Rons Family members,very down to earth folks.I believe I met you to elizabeth you gave me a meetup card.Boy America you are snoozing again,we couldn't get a better man in the White House.

We, the grassroots of the Dallas/Ft Worth Texas area have taken upon ourselves to rent 2 buses to make the trip to Lake Jackson. [and yes, RP's competitor has blamed the RP campaign of renting buses to bring us there, this is far from the truth. A Ft. Worth supporter fronted the cash to pay for these buses, they are being rented through TOPIC PAC.] The National campaign has ZERO to do with our 2 HQ's, we found and staff the locations ourselves. No paid staff.
Show up at either the Ft. Worth or Dallas[Addison] grassroots HQ's at 730AM Sunday morning. It cost about 30-45 to take the bus. Don't worry about the buses being full, we also have vans and cars ready to make sure everyone who want to go can go.
One note, this is not a presidential rally, it is a congressional rally, no RP for President signs. Hope for America signs should be OK.
This rally is also being done at the same location as his competitor [who is mudslinging] is having a rally.
We'll be looking for you
Dallas/Ft. Worth Texas RP supporters. I'm so glad that you will all be coming to Lake Jackson to Dr. Paul's Rally. I assure you that it will be a great one and you'll have a fabulous time. Of course Dr. Paul will be speaking and we are so excited since this is his hometown. Have a safe trip and we'll see you soon.

Please ask Ron for a final word
I wish Ron would give a final word on yes or no on a 3rd party run.
So many times he has said -- no -- but then would say something which clearly left the dor open.
He needs to issue a final statement so that we know how to proceed.
If he says he will run 3rd party -- it is time to do so now.
If he says -- no -- then we need to look for another non cfr agenda presidential candidate.
Someone please ask and report here.
He CAN'T run 3rd party....
He is also running for his congressional seat (he has a challenger) in Washington on the republican party ticket and they would throw him out of the party if he did run 3rd party. He is more republican than the party itself but that is why we still need him in congress to rebuild the party, with all of our help. We are not free if we aren't willing to defend Liberty. What if he loses his congressional primary
He would be free to run 3rd party for president, or even for his congressional seat in 3rd party, or even for the TX senate seat 3rd party. Do the neocons who are against him in the congressional primary realize this?
You have to be kidding.
How much clearer can he make it to you people? THERE IS NO #PARTY RUN! PERIOD. IT"S NOT GONNA HAPPEN!

One email does not make it with me.
He has on a number of times said he was not running for a third party -- but then he would add a few words during that interview, or during the next day -- that held out that option of a third party run.
I have spent a ton of money and hours and effort on his run. Before I close down -- because he cannot win the rep nonmination -- his words -- I want to make sure he is done and finished with a third party run.
For me -- the Constitution hangs by a thread, and each day we lose more and more civil rights -- I shudder to think where we will be in another 8 years, after another cfr agenda president.
So, I am -- going to look for a 3rd party "none cfr agenda" horse to support. McCain, Obama, Hillary are all cfr. No way will I vote for them .
Constitution Party or Lib party -- have to find a real deal candidate.
God Bless Ron Paul -- we wish him well; thanks to his staff.
We cannot afford to lose this election. I think with Bloomberg running, that divides the race up 4 ways with a solid pro Constitution candidate. With the coming war in Iran before the November general election, and the higher gas prices, and the economy continuing to slow down -- the stars are right for a possible 4th party win.
So now, I am not kidding -- I just want to be sure he is not running before I start calling major players who could run -- if Ron does not.
Thank you for your hard work for Ron Paul, and for doing your part to save our Constitution.

Larry will explain what were up against. If we don't do what he's requesting, they can actually ARREST RON PAUL AND US. We need to do what this guy (Lawyer - quest speaker) is asking. He has a good case before the 9th Circuit and can win with RP Supporters. He's asking for our help in filing some papers for his case and, he wants his request placed on RP's Website.
So please take a look at this. It's one of the most important cases that ever was. It deals with our freedoms.
