They made a big point that this wasnt a impeachment hearing. Wheres Barr? Nevermind hes on the second panel.

Forget Barr and Baldwin, I came to the DP to find out why my man Ron Paul, who talks the line was not there...anyone know? Is he ill, unable to travel? Or has he succumbed to more partisan silliness and political posturing as it appears? Doesn't really matter though history will now show that guys like Kucinich have nad, which is more important than mere rhetoric.

I believe Baldwin was the one absent. Barr did a stunning job of defending the liberties of Americans.

Barr did a nice job, but I think you have the wrong Baldwin as Chuck Baldwin is not a US Rep, you are talking about a Democrat with a slightly different name - you need to update the title of your post.
However, I do believe Chuck Baldwin is also for impeachment of Bush, but obviously he will not be at those hearings because he was not an elected Rep at the time of the Iraq War.
Barr was there.
He did a good job too. He had to leave about 3/4 the way through. But he spoke up for it.

btw Barr spoke in these hearings early on - and I have to say he did a
nice job and I am a Chuck Baldwin supporter - it is nice hearing so
many R or D in agreement for going in against the Constitution.

the negativity here. Seemed to me there was alot of support for impeachment or some type of action.

I sure agree with you. I thought it was great. Most people seemed to be thinking, and only a few seemed hellbent on derailing the truth (as I see it). One guy did not even like the People being there! Another was talking how NOTHING should be secret from the People. I just really enjoyed it. Even the token Constitutional "expert" kept saying he had seen no evidence that Bush had acted against the Constitution--but HEY..they were not presenting evidence! And later someone asked him if it came to be PROVEN (that the Administration did this or that) would he consider impeachment THEN, and he said YES. Very reluctantly, but he had to. All in all it was a super entertaining and wonderful 5 hour watch.
