WEXLER is a HYPOCRITE
He endorses HR 362. End of story.
Someone needs to let this
Someone needs to let this guy know that we ARE NOT A DEMOCRACY!
Hold Your Applause
While Congressmen like Robert Wexler (D-Florida), are eager to impeach President Bush, virtually all of them are equally guilty of usurping the just powers granted to Congress under the Constitution, while tolerating and even aiding the abuse of power by the executive branch. If they were sincere about upholding their oath to defend the Constitution, they would resign, impeach or indict themselves.
Wexler's voting record earned him a miserable 10% rating from the John Birch Society's Freedom Index. Meaning he voted for unconstitutional or oppressive legislation 90% of the time.
Check out the JBS "Freedom Index" for the 110th Congress at www.jbs.org.

The average House score is 31% and average Senate score is 26%, meaning we have unlimited, arbitrary government across the board from both major parties. There are a few exceptions. One is Ron Paul.
Ron Paul routinely earns a 100% rating at this index.
Just as the Executive Branch, Congress has also failed to execute its just powers and usurped other powers.
While feigning indignance about being suckered into handing over their war powers to the executive and funding foreign military intervention, these same Demonrats have done nothing to stop the war or even slow down it's funding. Now, after almost seven years, when Bush has only 6 months left in office, the Ds hold a hearing to complain about Bush.
Meanwhile, the Congress takes no action to stop the North American Union, abolish the Federal Reserve and income tax, protect the states from invasion and deport illegals, discontinue tracking and surveillance of citizens, remove troops from all over the world, (name your issue), etc.
The motivation for the "hearing" obviously is purely political. The D's figure discrediting the incumbent R president now will help discredit his cloned successor, Juan McAmnesty, so the sheeple will prefer the "change" offered by Marxist Hussein Osama and a D-controlled Congress.
Thanks to C. Burt Linthicum in Tampa for this analysis.
Go get 'em...
HOW can the White House ignore subpoenas and get away with it???
Pawnstorm
How can they ignore it.
The Congress refuses to use their sergeant at arms to apprehend those who refuse subpoena. The only response the armed officers of congress would be military or police intervention in the serving of lawful detention by congress. It would result in a true confrontation of the branches of government and frankly these pussy dems don't have the balls for it...
Yeah, you hit the nail on
Yeah, you hit the nail on the head.
