My daughter-inlaw and I plan to atend the Rally for the Republic. We hope to pay for the trip by selling " Patriots Noose " playing cards, I'm reqesting any information with regards to vendor permits or other hoops to jump through, so as not to offend. Hope to see you there. Thanks!

Only sponsors with booths

I am unfamiliar with the laws and ordinances pertaining to public spaces in Minneapolis however. I would anticipate a pretty loose policy at Blaine Sports Center, especially near the parking lots.

Have to ask. What is "Patriots Noose"?
